Rob Hoffmann joined BWFA in July 2026, bringing more than eight years of public accounting experience to the firm’s Tax Services team. Throughout his career, Rob has worked with notable regional and national firms, serving closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and clients across a range of industries. Rob is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions through proactive tax planning strategies that support their broader financial goals.

Prior to entering the public accounting sector, Rob proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He then graduated from Towson University, where he earned a B.S. in Accounting. He is currently pursuing the Enrolled Agent (EA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations.

Rob resides in Baltimore with his wife and their two sons. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors—whether golfing, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, or taking family trips to the beach on Cape Cod.
