Associate Business Analyst

Tadeo is an Associate Business Analyst on the M&A Team at BWFA. He joined the firm full-time in July 2026 after completing two internships there. Tadeo holds a B.A. in Business Management and Economics from Goucher College, where he served as captain of the Men’s Tennis Team.
Born and raised in La Plata, Argentina, Tadeo moved to the U.S. in 2023 to pursue his undergraduate degree. He is excited to launch his professional career with BWFA and contribute to the growth and success of the M&A team. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
