WEBINAR: Grit, Resiliency, and Positive Neuroplasticity: Thriving During Stressful Times

BWFA and Dr. Emily Telfair, N.D., invite you to a wellness webinar on how to reduce stress & anxiety naturally.

The multitasking tendencies of modern life can lead to physical changes in our bodies related to stress. When challenging work environments and family dynamics are added to the mix, our nervous systems can spiral into a perpetual “fight or flight” response, increasing our risk of chronic disease. Practicing simple self-care practices can calm down inflammatory pathways in the body, leading to reduced pain, lowered anxiety, and improved sleep quality. In this empowering yet relaxing presentation, Dr. Emily will share tools and tips for reducing stress and reclaiming your joy with natural therapies.
