ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER

Dr. Maryrose Blank is a Sport and Performance Psychology Consultant with nearly two decades of experience helping military professionals, athletes, coaches, and corporate leaders perform with clarity and composure under pressure. She spent more than 15 years supporting the Department of Defense, leading human performance and cognitive performance coaching initiatives.

Dr. Blank is the founder of Tier-1 Mindset, LLC and an adjunct faculty member in the Sport & Performance Psychology graduate programs at the University of Western States. She is also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
