Join Chef Alba for an interactive, hands-on cook-along where you’ll prepare delicious dishes using fresh ingredients and simple techniques. Recipes and prep instructions are provided in advance so you can follow along with ease—or watch and enjoy. Turn on your camera to ask questions, connect with fellow participants, and get real-time feedback from the chef.

This menu celebrates bright flavors, wholesome ingredients, and effortless summer elegance. A fresh summer-inspired menu featuring a hearty lentil salad, a Mediterranean Aeolian Island Potato Salad with Tuna and Olive, and a vibrant poke bowl with Salmon, avocado, and rice. All light, colorful, and satisfying.

To keep the experience personal, attendance is limited to 20 households (devices). Please register only if you’re sure you can attend. If you need to cancel, let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else.

Chef Alba is a cooking instructor and personal chef with more than 16 years of experience, specializing in Southern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

​Chef Alba is a cooking instructor, personal chef, cookbook author, and food blogger with over 16 years of experience. Born in Naples, Italy, and raised in Tunisia, she specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, including Regional Italian, Moroccan, Greek, and Turkish traditions.

She teaches classes for organizations such as Whole Foods Annapolis and Howard Community College, has appeared on FOX DC and PBS Virginia, and leads culinary trips to Umbria and Tuscany. Alba is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier and the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
